Questions, answered plainly.

Still stuck? Email jorundc@ajulanei.homes. Wasabi is coming to the App Store for iPhone and Mac.
Will Wasabi ever ask for my seed phrase?+
No. Wasabi never asks for a seed phrase or private key. Anyone who asks for one is not Wasabi.
How do I add an address?+
Tap add, paste a public address, and Wasabi recognizes Ethereum, Bitcoin, or Solana. To add many, paste a batch — one address per line — into the same sheet.
What are Legacy, P2SH, SegWit, and Taproot?+
They are Bitcoin address formats. Legacy addresses start with 1, P2SH with 3, SegWit with bc1q, and Taproot with bc1p. Wasabi tracks all four.
What does Privacy Mode do?+
It hides balances and net worth on screen. It does not encrypt anything and does not make you anonymous — balance lookups still go to the public providers.
How do export and restore work?+
Export writes your wallets to a JSON file saved on your own device. Restore reads that file back. The developer never receives the file.
Why doesn’t Send move funds?+
Wasabi is watch-only and holds no keys. Send checks your balance and builds a payment URI. You sign and broadcast it in a wallet that holds the keys.
How do I remove my data?+
Delete a wallet to remove it and its addresses, or delete the app to remove everything on the device. Delete any exported JSON files yourself.
Which systems are supported?+
iPhone with iOS 18 or later, and Mac with macOS 15 or later.
